One of the homes we run day to day. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8, and sits near Felling Metro. Guests have a pool and table tennis table in the kitchen and dining area and a PS4 gaming setup in one bedroom.
We handle its listings, guest messages, self check-in information, cleaning turnovers and maintenance coordination — the same operational work we'd take on for your property.

Owners pay for the property's setup costs and buy the linen. Guests pay for cleaning, and the owner continues to pay the property bills.
If you'd like help, we can advise on furnishing and styling to bring the home to a premium standard, with the aim of improving its appeal to guests. Any furnishing or styling costs are paid by the owner.
